I am Solo Digannio, the founder of Sugarmat Bali, and I want to personally share our journey with you. Over the last few months, we’ve found ourselves in the midst of a challenge we didn’t anticipate. Sugarmat International went bankrupt, leaving many customers with unfulfilled orders and unanswered questions.

Initially, we began receiving scattered complaints from customers regarding missing orders. At first, we believed these were isolated cases, but as the weeks passed, it became clear that the situation was much larger than we realized. In the last two months, we launched our independent operations here in Bali, hoping to build on the values and beauty of the Sugarmat brand. However, as we fully stepped into our role, we learned that many customers are still waiting for orders.

Although we are a small, independent store, committed to sustainable practices and the spirit of the Sugarmat brand, we want to take responsibility where we can. We believe in karmic principles—investing in the community and building goodwill through action. That’s why we are working to fulfill as many of these outstanding orders as possible within the next 3-4 months.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the original database or order records, so we need your help to move forward. We kindly ask that you submit your proof of purchase using the form below. This will help us prioritize orders based on the original purchase date. Please understand that you may not receive the exact product you ordered, but we will contact you to confirm available alternatives before shipping.
